Jobs Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and maintenance of technology stacks across various engineering projects, utilizing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
Collaborate with the IT team to provide support and ensure alignment with overall business goals, acting as a key contributor to the team.
Work alongside product teams to ensure developed solutions meet their requirements and align with business needs.
Take part in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for AWS solutions, including planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and quality assurance.
Identify and deploy optimal cloud-based solutions in collaboration with the software development team, ensuring these solutions meet company needs.
Establish and document best practices for infrastructure management and application deployment, ensuring adherence to standards.
Mentor and provide thought leadership to development teams, helping to build and strengthen cloud competencies.
Ensure application performance, availability, and scalability while maintaining high standards of code quality and design.
Uphold the highest standards of data security to safeguard clients’ sensitive information.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Amazon Web Services (AWS) and best practices for the software development lifecycle.
Systems architecture, design, and development.
Version control tools such as Git, GitHub, and CodeCommit.
Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation, CDK).
Advanced Python programming and scripting.
Test-driven development (TDD) methodologies.
Containerization and orchestration tools like Docker.
Database architecture and ETL processes.
Agile methodologies, including processes and tools.
